Sewing Machine Operator

iStaffing is currently hiring an experienced *Sewing Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sewing machine operating experience and be comfortable working with multiple types of industrial sewing machines.

Pay Rate:
- $16.90–$17.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:
- Full-time
- Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Flexible availability is required based on production needs

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently
Work with:
- 1-Needle
- 2-Needle
- Overlock/Serger
- Coverstitch
- Sew and assemble materials according to specifications
- Follow patterns, measurements, and production instructions
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain consistent production and quality standards
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report any mechanical issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety and production procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sewing machine operator experience
- Experience operating 1-needle, 2-needle, overlock, and coverstitch machines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
