Chef team specializing in Vegan food is looking to hire experienced lead line cooks and prep cooks for a cloud kitchen operation in Hialeah. If you're passionate about high-quality food, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, busy kitchen, we want to hear from you! Available Positions: Line Cook, Lead Line cook – Prepare, cook, temp, and cool food according to recipes and production guidelines. Delegate tasks and organize recipe production daily. Tasting for consistency Prep Cooks – Wash, chop, weigh, and prepare ingredients to support kitchen operations. Food Plating- Carefully and precisely plating the meals using a scale + basic food prep. Responsibilities: • Execute food preparation and plating with accuracy and efficiency. • Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards. • Follow food safety guidelines and kitchen protocols. • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet production goals. • Maintain a fast and organized workflow, especially under pressure. Requirements: • You have legal working status-- with paperwork to prove it. ⁃ You would be available to work from 4 or 5 am- 12 / 1pm 5-6 days per week (40-50 hours) ⁃ Prep Cooks & Line Cooks: 3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen or vegetarian food setting. ⁃ All positions: - Strong understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and health regulations. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays. - Basic computer skills for recipe and production tracking. - Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred. - Ability to work with a team with kindness and flexibility. 📍 Location: Hialeah 💰 Compensation: Hourly rate (TBD, based on experience and role, $19-23 per hour, depending on role, 5-6 days per week) 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time, W-9 contract
