Job description:
We are seeking a detail- oriented and organized Order Processor to support our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing and processing customer orders while ensuring timely communication and exceptional customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Enter order information into company systems and databases.
Verify product availability, and order details.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, shipping, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer information.
Resolve order-related issues and provide administrative support as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in order processing, data entry, customer service, or administrative support.
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, if applicable.
Able to lift more than 50 lbs
Current forklift License (optional)
Location: Garden Grove
Pay rate: $17-$18
Schedule: 1st shift
Days: Monday-Friday
