[Role Overview]
We are looking for a "Working Manager" who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. You will be responsible for both high-level management (Inventory, COGS, Admin) and high-volume line cooking.
[Key Responsibilities - Updated]
- Active Line Cooking: Lead the kitchen line during peak hours. You must be the fastest and most organized cook in the kitchen.
- Menu & Recipe Mastery: Execute "The Bite of Korea" recipes with 100% consistency and train all BOH staff on proper techniques.
- Inventory & RD Shopping: Weekly shopping at Restaurant Depot and inventory management using Excel.
Leadership: Manage and motivate our team to ensure efficiency and morale.
