Typical projects include final cleaning of newly built homes and remodeled properties.

Scope of work may include:

• Removal of construction dust

• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms

• Vacuuming and mopping floors

• Cleaning baseboards, doors and trim

• Interior window cleaning

Requirements:

• Experience with post-construction cleaning

• Own cleaning equipment and supplies

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work as an Independent Contractor (1099)
