Our jerky starts with USA-raised meat that is marinated in one of our homemade recipe flavors. There are no added nitrates or MSG, keeping it heart healthy.

Each piece of our jerky is manufactured in our Michigan facility where production is personally monitored for every detail – both by our employees and the USDA.

Using a small batch system, we make our jerky product in smaller quantities specifically to maximize quality for our customers.
