Duties

Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate and timely handling of packages.
Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely to move inventory as needed.
Maintain inventory control by tracking stock levels and conducting regular counts.
Utilize cash registers for processing sales transactions, providing excellent customer service during each interaction.
Support inventory management efforts by organizing stock and ensuring proper labeling of products.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace that adheres to safety standards.
Requirements

Previous experience in shipping and receiving is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with operating pallet jacks is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective inventory control.
Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is beneficial.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
