Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are correct and well-packaged.
Shipping & Receiving: Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods, and compare items against packing slips or orders. Prepare outgoing shipments by labeling and organizing them for delivery.
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels by regularly checking inventory, organizing shelves, and reporting discrepancies.
Material Handling: Use forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor to move goods within the warehouse. Ensure products are stored safely and organized by category or size.
Quality Control: Inspect products for defects, damages, or incorrect labeling. Report any issues to supervisors or quality control teams.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines. Ensure that all materials are handled in compliance with workplace safety regulations and policies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse associates, supervisors, and managers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse environment clean and orderly by performing regular cleaning and organizing tasks.
