The Department of Surgery at the Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University is accepting applications for Colorectal Surgeons. The Division of Colorectal Surgery is seeking Board-Certified Colorectal Surgeons at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher. Exposure to managing common and complicated abdominal and anorectal procedures, colonoscopy and advanced minimally invasive procedures, and research is required. Experience in reoperative abdominal surgery is desirable. Candidate will focus their clinical efforts at multiple sites including CUMC, Lawrence, Hudson Valley, CarePoint and NJ/Hudson County. The position involves active involvement in the education of research fellows, residents and medical students. Responsibilities include participation in the academic and research missions of the University and the Department of Surgery.
