Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Manual Screen Printing Numbers Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual screen printing and numbering, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a manual screen-printing number machine.
- Mount screens in the specified sequence on the machine.
- Pour printing paste onto screens.
- Adjust squeegee pressure according to design and fabric type.
- Start the conveyor belt to move textile articles under screens.
- Inspect printed articles to ensure sizing, numbers, font, placement, and color match the provided roster.
- Manually adjust screen positions to ensure proper color alignment in the design.
- Remove foreign matter from screens to prevent irregular printing paste flow.
- Tape holes in the coated portion of the screen if leaks develop.
Minimum Experience Required:
- At least 3 years of experience operating a manual screen-print machine.
- Experience with manual numbering machines preferred.
- Ability to read and follow directions in English.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Stand for up to 8 hours.
- Lift, pull, and push up to 40 lbs.
- Close-range visual attention to detail.
- Repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and fingers.
- Occasional bending and stooping when moving boxes of finished products.
