JANITOR POSITION en Anaheim

Janitor Duties
• Clean, sanitize and maintain order. Key duties include emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming cleaning windows, and cleaning restrooms and surfaces. Janitor also manages cleaning supplies, performs minor repairs, report major maintenance needs, and ensure building safety.
• Clean exterior of building including emptying trash cans, power washing and trash pick up.
• Operate Tennant floor scrubbing machine
• Assist warehouse with general labor in in downtime or when needed
• Assist maintenance technician with duties..
Physical demands and abilities
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time
• Having a good sense of balance
• Having good eye-hand-foot coordination
• Ability to work in a cold environment were temps can range from 40 deg. F to -20 deg. F.
• Able to read and understand entry level English and Math
• Withstand standing for long periods of time
• Constant lifting
• Possible long hours, up to 12 hours
• Possible weekend shift must be assigned as needed
• Exposed to hot and cold environments
