About Us:

Helping Hand Legal Support provides administrative and case coordination services to clients involved in legal processes across California.
We collaborate with law firms, clinics, and partner businesses to ensure clients receive quality assistance while their case is ongoing.

We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and bilingual Field Sales & Customer Support Assistant to help us maintain strong relationships with clients and partner businesses.
This is a 100% field position, involving daily visits and direct communication with clients and collaborators.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients, partner offices, and referral businesses in the Anaheim / Santa Ana area.
  • Make follow-up calls and send professional emails to clients and partners.
  • Provide clear, courteous communication and represent the company professionally.
  • Keep organized records of visits, outcomes, and client interactions.
  • Report progress and opportunities to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Own car and valid driver’s license.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and organized.
  • Comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Work authorization not required.

Preferred:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or field representation.
  • Familiarity with Southern California areas (especially Orange County)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • To $19 to $25 (DOE)
