Dispatcher-operator

American Express Limo is hiring remote Dispatcher-operators.

The Dispatcher-operator responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring the daily operations of non-emergency medical transportation trips in New York City. This position requires excellent communication (English and Spanish), knowledge or wish to learn NYC map and routes, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage routes, drivers, and schedules while maintaining compliance with safety and service standards.

Responsibilities:

● Scheduling and assigning extra trips as needed

● Assigning substitute drivers to cover route assignments as needed

● Reviewing driver routes every 30 minutes and making adjustments as needed

● Providing information to drivers and dispatch team regarding notifications by passengers and drivers.

● Operating a desktop computer and the various programs available

● Analyzing situations and adopt an effective course of action

● Carrying out verbal and written directions independently

Requirements:

● Must speak fluent English and Spanish

● Have desktop and internet connection

● knowledge or wish to learn NYC map and routes

● Being motivated and willing to work in team

All hired candidates will be trained accordingly.
