We are looking for a responsible and highly organized personal assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The successful candidate will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the manager's working life and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Manage the manager's calendar and schedule appointments
- Make travel arrangements and coordinate meetings
- Take dictation and minutes
- Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the manager's first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization
- Prepare various reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the manager
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office proficiency
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as a personal assistant or similar will be an advantage.
