New View Staffing is looking for PC Technicians to support our client, a leading technology company based in Ontario, CA, during their busy holiday season.
In this role, you will represent an innovative brand known for its cutting-edge products and dedication to quality service. You’ll play an important part in assisting customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the busy season.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues
Deliver professional, patient, and knowledgeable support
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all communications
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
Interest and enthusiasm for technology and computers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Patience, empathy, and professionalism with customers
Must be bilingual
