Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Pay: $19 - $20
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience that reflects our company’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or in person
Resolve product or service issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Provide information about products, services, and company policies
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual (a plus)
Experience in call center or retail environment
Strong conflict resolution skills
