Regions Hospital is seeking an Analyst with strong knowledge of the philanthropic process and experience working with nonprofit organizations to join our Foundations department in a remote position, M-F, 8am-4:30pm. Remote applications will be accepted from the following states: MN, IA, WI, SD, ND. The Prospect Development Analyst serves as an integral member of the fundraising team with a special focus on major gifts, working closely with the Vice President of Philanthropy, Director of Major Planned Gifts, and the Program Manager. The Prospect Development Analyst will help coordinate the major gift fundraising process by conducting timely prospect research; helping guide moves management; providing portfolio management and optimization analysis; partnering with the Major Gift Team (MGT) and Donor Information Specialist to continue to refine system processes for identification and tracking activities. The role will also assist in the development, implementation and analysis of new activities related to acquisition and the Grateful Patient Program. As part of building a robust major gift program, the Analyst will provide timely prospect research in support of MGT, organizational leaders, physicians, volunteers, and donors. Analyst will develop, initiate, and manage strategies to build and maintain a major gift prospect pipeline and should be skilled at using Raiser's Edge and research databases.
