Job Description: Plastic Parts Manufacturing Associate Location: Ontario, California Schedule: Full-Time, 2nd Shift — Starting at 2:00 PM Industry: Medical Plastic Parts Manufacturing Position Summary We are seeking reliable, motivated, and de zzztail-oriented Manufacturing Associates to join a team producing high-quality plastic components used in children's hospitals. Employees will work in a cleanroom environment, assisting with automated production equipment and robotics while following strict quality and safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work in a cleanroom environment while following cleanliness and safety requirements. Assist with the production and assembly of precision plastic parts. Operate and support automated manufacturing equipment and robotics. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines. Use basic computers, tablets, or software as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Ability to speak English or Spanish; bilingual candidates are a plus. Basic computer skills and general technology proficiency. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and motivated to work as part of a team. Ability to work the second shift, starting at 2:00 PM. Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and follow required dress and hygiene procedures. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
