Customer Service Representative: STAR Air Conditioning seeking an experienced and polished Customer Service Representative Job Description : Dispatch HVAC technicians to their calls. Handle incoming calls in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Make out bound calls to existing customers. Work on service agreement renewals, and Sales.

Schedule tune-ups. Keep data and customer records up to date. Balance customer demands with existing resources. Responsible for selling, informing, and educating the customers of the benefits of our products and services. Ensure the correct technician with the appropriate skill set is sent to the correct service call to maximize gross profit and minimize travel time.
