Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment around the work site
Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and organizing tools and supplies
Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure working environment for all team members
Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling frequently
Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to adhere to all safety protocols at all times
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Basic understanding of construction or industrial environments is a plus but not required
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining project schedules
Prior experience in manual labor roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
