Job Description:

The Field Roofing Project Manager is responsible for supervising all aspects of our roofing projects on-site. Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of roofing projects.
Ensuring projects are completed on time and meet our quality standards.
Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and on-site workers.
Enforcing strict safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues promptly.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in roofing or construction project management.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in reading architectural and engineering drawings.
Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions.
A valid driver's license and ability to travel to different project sites.

Must Speak Spanish & English.

Pay: $28-$35 per hour depending on experience.
