We do take calls for the most part from 6 AM until 10 PM every day including holidays. Whatever, typically our office hours are 8 AM until 6 PM Pacific standard time. We offer free initial consultations to anybody who has been injured on the job via telephone, all video chat platforms and in person by appointment only. And if social distancing is still a concern we can sign your case up through DocuSign and get you on the road to recovery ASAP.

Our fee is limited to 15% of the settlement due to California Workers' Compensation Laws. So you will be getting the vast majority of your settlement, as you should. All cases are taken on a contingency which means you pay us no money until we win your case.
