WAREHOUSE FULFILLMENT LEAD

Locate din baldwin park,ca

1ST Shift 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Must be open to overtime and some weekends.
Payrate $20-$23 DOE
Job Function/Responsibilities:

Offloading delivery trucks transporting merchandise into the warehouse.
Arranging incoming deliveries in designated storage areas.
Performing warehouse duties using pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and forklifts.
Reading, deciphering, and delegating work orders.
Locating and extracting merchandise from shelves and storage areas.
Confirming merchandise information matches that of the work order.
Packing the merchandise for delivery.
Transporting the packed items to the delivery trucks.
Continuously monitor and verify quality of work being performed.
Finalizing the work order and updating the database.
Resolve and/or escalate issues with Operations and Production Office.
Adhering to state health and safety practices.
Set an example for all employees by adhering to the site Dress Code including required PPE.
Additional duties may be assigned.
Skills/Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.
Knowledge of warehousing procedures an advantage.
Previous experience as a fulfillment associate.
Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
Forklift certification.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
Proficiency in operating a computer.
