Job Posting: DMV Runner & Front Office Clerical Position
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented DMV Runner & Front Office Clerical Person to join our team! This role requires someone who is organized, customer-focused, and able to manage tasks both in the office and on the road. You will spend approximately 50% of your time in the office and 50% out of the office processing paperwork.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a DMV runner, delivering and processing paperwork between locations and agencies.
• Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails with professionalism.
• Greet and assist customers in the office with courtesy and efficiency.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office organization.
• Handle and ensure the timely completion of all paperwork and documents.
• Assist with other office duties as needed.
Requirements:
• Must provide your own reliable vehicle (mileage will be compensated).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Prior experience with DMV paperwork or in a clerical role is a plus but not required.
