Responsible for coordinating and executing shipping and receiving operations, including inspecting shipments for accuracy, ordering materials, preparing shipping documentation, and scheduling deliveries with third-party carriers. Duties include storing and packaging items, recording shipping data for reporting and compliance, and coordinating logistics with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, organization, documentation, and material-handling skills, as well as the ability to train others and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requires at least one year of relevant experience, the ability to work in cold conditions, lift up to 30 lbs, and stand or walk for extended periods on a flexible Monday–Saturday schedule.
