Job description:
We are a waste management and recycling company seeking a full-time Customer Service / Operations Representative to support our daily operations and client services. This role involves assisting customers, resolving service inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable with computers, and has experience in customer service or a call center environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound and make outbound calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
Provide accurate information regarding services and accounts.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly
Perform accurate data entry and update customer records
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
Use Microsoft Office and internal systems to document interactions
Qualifications:
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish is a must)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer applications
Data entry and typing skills required
Sales or outbound calling experience is a plus
