We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catcher/Loader to join our team at a dynamic t-shirt printing shop located in Santa Ana. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and be available for both 1st and 2nd shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Operate printing machinery efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect printed t-shirts for quality and consistency.
- Catch and load finished products onto designated racks or pallets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a printing or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work both 1st and 2nd shifts as needed.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
