JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone to provide maintenance assistance in Bel Air, CA This is a Part time position working 12 hour a week. This unique position consists of providing basic janitorial services. We need a very responsible person that reports to work on time and consistently as scheduled.

The time commitment is 12.00 hours a week with opportunity for additional hours for coverage or event.

JOB DUTIES:

Performs exterior cleaning duties at the job site
Blows off or sweeps walkways and sidewalks
Other duties may be assigned as needed

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• No education required, however, a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work outdoors to perform all cleaning duties of a shopping center/work site.
• Other physical requirements may include: Standing for long periods of time, carrying, use of hands and arms. Must be able to see, speak, hear, and smell. Must also be able to lift up to 25 pounds normally.
• Person must also be willing and able to work on site in a multitude of different weather conditions.
• Must be willing to work on Holidays.
• The qualified person must have a reliable means of transportation to get to work on time.
• A qualified person must also be able to communicate via cell phone and operate a cell phone in order to send photos and text messages to the supervisor
