The primary role of this position is to coordinate and carry out the activities that support all aspects of the sales process. This would include answering phones, making copies of the sales orders for production as well as order entry into the computer system. Additionally, managing the movement Sales Support / Purchasing / Order Entry.

• General Skills Requirement
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with Windows based software : Excel, Word etc.
• Ability to understand and follow direction.
• Ability to remain focused on task and stay on track with a daily routine. A self-starter personality
• Ability to count and perform simple math including reconciliation between inventory accounts
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers / customers
• Legible writing skills in English and in Numbers
