What You'll Do
Cover a designated route each day, ensuring our buildings and common areas are clean, presentable, and well-maintained. You'll be the face of quality for the properties you serve.
Requirements
- Your own vehicle – reliable transportation is essential for daily routes
- Prior experience in building or commercial cleaning
- Basic tech skills – you'll use a simple app to document your work and communicate with the team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Availability to work a consistent schedule
A Plus
Landscaping tools and basic gardening experience – we'd love someone who can handle light outdoor maintenance as well
