We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. If you have experience in blueprint reading, electrical and plumbing systems, and team supervision, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction and maintenance blueprints.
• Oversee electrical and plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Supervise and manage a team of maintenance and construction workers.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain equipment and supplies necessary for job completion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience supervising construction and maintenance teams.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.

Requirements:

• Must live near Torrance, CA, or be willing to commute.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
