Maintenance Person Wanted: $20.00 per hour.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to care for and maintain several church buildings.

Requirements:

Must have own tools and reliable transportation
Hands-on experience in construction, painting, plumbing, and tile work
Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep
Handle minor construction and renovation projects
Remodel units for new tenants
Maintain the safety, functionality, and appearance of all buildings
