Maintenance Technicians 🛠️

We are a large and growing Maintenance company based in Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley, and we're looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to handle building maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep.

This is a full-time position with consistent work, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow. We are looking for professionals who care about doing the job right — not just quick fixes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• General building maintenance and repairs
• Handling minor plumbing issues (clogs, leaks, fixtures)
• Basic electrical repairs (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
• Replacing faucets, shower heads, hardware, and fixtures
• Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Responding to maintenance service calls in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in building or property maintenance
• Must have your own basic tools and a reliable work vehicle
• Ability to respond quickly to service calls
• Punctual, organized, and responsible
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
