We are a large and growing Property Management company located in Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley, and we are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to handle general building maintenance, repairs, and overall property care.

This is a full-time position with steady work, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth. We're looking for professionals who get the job done right, not quick fixes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• General building maintenance and repairs
• Minor plumbing repairs (plugs, leaks, fittings)
• Basic electrical repairs (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
• Replacement of faucets, shower heads, hardware, and accessories
• Routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Respond to service orders in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in building or property maintenance
• Own basic tools and a reliable vehicle
• Ability to respond quickly to service calls
• Punctuality, organization, and responsibility
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
