We are looking for an experienced cook minimum of 5 yrs. of experience in Mexican food to help prepare meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations and company standards. The cook’s responsibilities include following instructions relating to the timely preparation of food orders, organizing workstations. You should also be able to ensure that the kitchen, refrigerators, and storerooms are kept clean and tidy. This position will be full-time time and must be available to work Tuesday to Sunday as needed.

Requirements:
Honest, Responsible, Dependable, Reliable and Punctual
A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Food Manager Certification
Knowledge of Mexican Food
Proven experience working in a commercial kitchen min. 5 yrs. is preferred.
The ability to follow directions.
The ability to work in a team.
The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
The ability to lift heavy items.
Good communication skills.
