Job Title: Cook – Medical Facility

Location: Westlake / Macarthur Park area
Schedule: Full-time | Tuesday–Saturday (Days off: Sunday & Monday) | 9:00 AM shift
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Cook to join our team at a medical facility serving approximately 75 residents. The ideal candidate will have prior cooking experience, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude. This role is essential in ensuring residents receive high-quality meals daily.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook daily meals for approximately 75 residents following set menus and dietary requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Work effectively with staff to meet meal schedules and special dietary needs.
Assist with inventory control and restocking supplies.
Contribute to a team-oriented environment with professionalism and a great attitude.

Requirements
Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a healthcare, senior living, or large-group setting.
Ability to prepare meals for 75+ people.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
