We're looking for an experienced high volume lead cook for a private school production company located in the SFV (Northridge). Must have knowledge of LA health codes, follow local labor laws, Servsafe certificate, preferly a managers Servsafe. Must know how to lead a culinary team, a catering or banquet background is a big plus. Able to read and break down recipes into bigger and smaller batches. Also be able to create a working team enviroment! Minimum knowledge of Word and Excel programs... Schedule varies in the morning begining from 5:00-6:00, 8 hours daily. Begining Sunday through Friday. It's a 5 day work week. Compensation depends on level of experience.
