We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Graphic Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and developing care label content for garments, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of label production. Under the direction of the Customer Service Sales Manager and QA/Compliance Manager this position is responsible for supporting both managers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop care label content for garments.
- Troubleshoot labels, ensuring all critical aspects of image, text, alignment, color, and other image or typography problems are accurate.
- Proofread label content, specifications, QA packets, and shipping documents.
- Track email responses to ensure timely communication.
- Monitor and track purchase orders (P.O.’s).
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, office based, long-term position
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $25/hour
