In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our clients. You will be responsible for tracking and managing orders throughout the entire process, ensuring that information is accurately communicated to both the client and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients promptly and professionally via email and phone
  • Track and manage orders from start to finish
  • Process purchase orders through our internal system
  • Ensure accurate and timely flow of information between the client and our team
  • Follow established procedures and maintain structured workflows
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and courteous manner


Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented

Location: Commerce, CA 90040
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
