Our growing company is searching for a Office/Sales Assistant who can offer reliable support to the Sales team and other departments. The office/sales assistant will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with customers and ensuring that orders processing are completed.
- Job Type: Temporary (3 months)
- Pay: $17.00- $18.50 per hour
- Work hours: 6am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
Duties:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations
- Ability to Multitask and prioritize effectively
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Answer Phone/email orders. Input, update, and maintain sales orders in system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Electronic Knowledge a plus
- Will be used as floater to other departments such as shipping
- Willing to learn and cross-trained
Skills:
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word & Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A team player
