Job Description

Order Entry / Data Entry

The candidate will assist in all aspects of day to day operations. The candidate must have a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. This position requires strong data entry skills using QuickBooks. The candidate must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Performs data entry/order entry using QuickBooks to process orders and payments

· Manage orders in progress and ensure payment is received

· Responding promptly to questions and requests via telephone, email, or in person

· Verify all client information and ensure timely delivery of products

· Assist with client’s orders, payments, refunds, or exchanges – via telephone, email, or in person

· Cash Application Processes

· Prepare UPS, USPS, FedEx labels

· Assists with administrative tasks as needed

· Perform basic clerical duties

· Perform other duties as required

Required Skills:

· Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Must be organized, detail oriented with a strong work ethic

· Ability to self-manage and motivate, work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks at the same time and adapt quickly to changing priorities

· Demonstrable communication skills

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Ability to solve practical problems, be proactive and adaptable to changing situations

Experience:

· High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree preferred.

· Data Entry / Order Entry: 2 years (Required)

· Customer Service Skills: 2 years (Required)

· QuickBooks: 2 year (Required)

· Type 45+ wpm

Full Time - Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
