State Farm Office Manager / Service Representative

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced State Farm Office Manager / Service Representative to join our team. This role is crucial for managing office operations and providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with State Farm, hold the necessary licenses, and be proficient in essential software tools.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations efficiently
Provide top-notch customer service and support to clients
Utilize ECRM, Necho, Outlook, Excel, and Word to perform various tasks
Handle light administrative duties and paperwork
Drive new sales and achieve commission targets
Maintain and organize client records and office documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in ECRM, Necho, Outlook, Excel, and Word
P&C Licensed (Property and Casualty)
Life Licensed
State Farm ALIAS or extensive experience with State Farm
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience
5% commission on new sales (negotiable)
Flexible working hours: 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday
Option for remote work or in-office work in Tarzana

Must-Have Qualities
Significant experience with State Farm is essential
Responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic
Licensed and knowledgeable about State Farm processes
