Job Opening: Experienced Bakers Specializing in Mexican Bread

We are seeking experienced bakers for our team in Los Angeles.

Position Details:

Job Title: Baker (Mexican Bread Specialist)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Starting Pay: $17 per hour

Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift available (weekend availability required)

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, produce, and bake various types of traditional and modern Mexican breads.
Follow established and new recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
Prepare all pastry items, as well as breads, from scratch. Maintain knowledge and ability to properly use all equipment in the baking station (for example operate industrial ovens)
Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

Requirements:

Several years of experience baking Mexican bread.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends.
