Customer Service Representative

Job Location: City of Industry

Monday - Friday

8 am - 5:30 pm

$17.00

Job Description:

Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Computer skills and knowledge of Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to implement standard office procedures/practices and able to operate office equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively interact with the business industry and staff members.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Punctual and responsible.
Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Bilingual – English and Spanish, both fluently in writing and speaking.
At least 1 year of experience in office setting.
** Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.**

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support.
