Responsibilities:
* Unclogging drains, sinks, tubs, and toilets
* Cleaning and maintaining building plumbing lines
* Replacing faucets, shower heads, and valves
* Performing general plumbing maintenance and inspections

Requirements:
* Proven plumbing experience in building maintenance
* Must have your own tools and a reliable work vehicle
* Ability to respond quickly to service calls
