Janitorial Supervisor en Los Angeles

Established janitorial services company is seeking for a Bilingual, in Spanish, Site Supervisor to be part of the team.

**SEEKING FOR EXPERIENCE COMMERCIAL JANITORIAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR***

$19-20 x hr. (Depending on experience, such pressure washing, carpet and floor work, etc.)

Schedule: Must work weekends, days off during midweek, day shift whenever needed.

Requirements:

- SPANISH speaking is a must, due to the nature of our demographics and business

- Must have COMMERCIAL JANITORIAL supervisory experience at least 1 year.

- Must go through a background check

- Must have at least one year of supervisory experience.

- Experience with commercial pressure washing machinery, and carpet and floor care machinery.

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the general direction of The Area Manager the Site Janitorial Supervisor is responsible of providing operational solutions to our clients. Oversee daily tasks to ensure they are completed well and on time, conducts property inspections and inspections daily reports, interacts directly with the client, and manage our inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies. In addition, the Site Janitorial Supervisor will supervise staff and assign duties accordingly to client's needs.
