1st & 2nd Shift Warehouse Asso en Carson

Position Overview
We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for both 1st and 2nd shifts in Carson. This position focuses on offloading containers and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Available Shifts
1st Shift
5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Monday – Friday
Overtime mandatory based on workload
Saturdays required as needed (Mandatory when scheduled)

2nd Shift
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Monday – Friday
Overtime mandatory based on workload
Saturdays required as needed (Mandatory when scheduled)

Responsibilities
Offload containers safely and efficiently
Sort, stage, and organize products
Lift and move materials throughout the warehouse
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all company safety guidelines and productivity standards

Requirements
Ability to lift heavy items consistently throughout the shift
Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Willingness to work mandatory overtime and Saturdays when required
Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required

Compensation
$18.00 per hour
