Overview:
Approved HR LLC, a trusted staffing company with over 10 years of experience in Light Industrial and Skilled Labor placements, is seeking a dependable Class A Truck Driver for an on-the-road position. This role involves long-haul routes transporting freight between Mira Loma, CA and Vacaville, CA using a 2018 Freightliner Cascadia. We’re looking for a safety-focused, professional driver who values reliability, efficiency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Operate a 2018 Freightliner Cascadia for daily freight deliveries.
Transport empty cans safely and efficiently between designated locations.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
Handle the loading and unloading process safely, following all company and DOT safety procedures.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, including mileage, fuel use, and delivery times.
Communicate clearly with dispatchers regarding routes, delivery updates, and potential issues.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Plan and execute efficient routes to meet delivery deadlines.
Stay available and flexible for on-the-road work and 24/7 scheduling based on load assignments.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience with commercial driving (CDL required).
Experience with roll-off trucks and long-haul freight preferred.
Proven ability to operate a 2018 Freightliner Cascadia or similar vehicle.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Must be reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently.
Willing to relocate or commute to La Puente, CA prior to starting.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Schedule:

Full-time, on-the-road position
Must be available 24/7 depending on load schedules
Compensation:

$600–$700 per load (round trip)
One load per day
