Customer Service Representative
Location: On-site
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with both customers and warehouse staff in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate professionally and effectively with customers via phone, email, and in person
Provide accurate information regarding orders, products, and services
Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
Use Microsoft Excel to manage and review data as needed
Coordinate and communicate with warehouse staff to support customer needs
Assist with general administrative and customer service tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
Prior customer service experience is preferred
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Comfortable working and communicating with warehouse personnel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Attendance & Reliability
Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for this position
The successful candidate must be dependable and committed to maintaining a regular work schedule
