Customer Service/Order Entry
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service & Data Entry Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process. The ideal candidate is bilingual, organized, and experienced in both customer service and order entry.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
City: El Monte, California
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering product information in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Review and verify order information to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-up activities.
- Assist customers with order modifications, returns, and issue resolution as needed.
- Support sales and operations teams by providing accurate data entry and administrative assistance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all product details, measurements, and specifications are entered correctly into the system.
Qualifications:
- Recent experience in customer service and order entry is required.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to report to work consistently and on time.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify compliant).
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office applications, and order management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Experience in the home improvement, warehouse or related industry is a plus.
